This training takes place in approx. 8 hours. Topics that will be taught; distant healings, meditations, practice Reiki for self-care annd Attunement of Reiki II symbol Sei-He-Kei. This training combines discussion, demonstartions and lecture. Training includes Reiki II Manual.
